Seasonal campers are required to pay a $100.00 deposit by November 30, 2016. You cannot reserve a campsite for the next year if you are not paid in full for the previous season. New seasonal renters are required tp pay a one time  $50.00 electric deposit. Payment in full is due by April 16, 2017. We will need a copy of your RV title when you check in.

Site fee provides camping from May I, 2017 to Columbus Day and on site storage from Columbus Day to April 30, 2017.

Sites cannot be occupied and utilities will be turned off until payment in full and all accumulated fees are satisfied. Campers not paid in full by due date will be charged $2.00 per day storage from May 1, 2016. If you have unpaid dept, the Park reserves the right to impound your RV until payment is made.  The Park reserves the right to move your RV to allow a new tenant. The Park is not responsible for any damage caused by the move and reserves the right to bill you for  any costs incurred in moving your RV.

Seasonal camping rates are based on four people only. There is a $30.00 charge for each additional person. No more than six people per site. Only  the campers listed on this contract are permitted free entry to the pol facilities. Visitors will pay the daily pool rate.

There will be no storage for unpaid or unauthorized vehicles in the campground. RV’s left on park property without payment will be classified abandoned and are subject to removal with due process according to the law. The owner is responsible for all costs involved in removal. The Park is not responsible for any damage to the RV or it’s contents.

Should the town deem it necessary to engage an attorney to enforce any of their rights, the registrant shall be responsible for all legal fees and costs of collection.

The Town of Fallsburg and the Parks Department are not liable for any theft or damages to any RV or vehicle left on site.

I understand that this is a non-refundable campsite fee. I agree to the above policies, legalities and terms of payment and have read and understood the Park Rules and Regulations included with this contract.
